I've submitted a PR with some adjustments to retro and up thrusts to avoid autopilot freakout. (at least 1.3G for every ship, except the DSMiner whic is not supposed to land on a planet anyway.)

Just one point, manual fly with those values of deltaV is not possible becouse you get out of fuel fast with directional thrust, with xylophis is really impossible and with sinonatrix is really hard or after acceleration you have to leave more than 60% of fuel, i don't know why that don't happens with autopilot
