So one to keep the fuel load light for takeoff, dock with a space station to fill up then :)

I agree it looks fantastic. Do you think it's nearly time for her to be added to the game officially?

Excellent. I really like this style. But you must try the guns, and be careful that no one behind. ;)

You have thought of something 120 Tons?

The textures need some work, and also a glow map is needed, and LOD-s. But she's close to maiden voyage. :)
@walterar: you mean coming up with a ship with 120t capacity? Maybe, but I first want to finish this and I want to touch up the lunar shuttle (I don't know the capacity of that ;) ), and I already started a bit of thumbnailing work for a huge bulk transport from this yard. Not to mention the crappy station facelift...

The most important thing I had to say is: Fix the guns. The fore gun, shoots backwards.

So this one's mostly ready, up on a PR with it's sibling craft, the Vatakara freighter. (only a lower LOD left to make, but it's in a good working condition)
Please give feedback about handling and stats.

Vatakara:

The main difference is the lack of windows on the Vatakara and a slightly lighter hull. The idea is that they are two variants of a same design, developed parallel, reusing as much parts as possible.
