### Observed behaviour
Scoop a cargo pod containing "live animals" or "slaves" without "Cargo Bay Life Support".
Cargo appears (briefly) in the cargo manifest, then disappears, with "Sensors report critical cargo bay life-support conditions" being displayed in the comms log.

### Expected behaviour
Firstly, if the animals or slaves can survive in the cargo crate in deep space, they should continue to do so after being scooped. (Immersion break)
Secondly, even if cargo bay life-support is required after scooping, the cargo should turn into "animal meat", "fertilizer", and/or "waste" as appropriate/by chance, instead of simply disappearing.
### Steps to reproduce
* Take a mission to scoop some cargo.
* Ensure ship has a cargo scoop. Ensure ship DOES NOT have cargo bay life-support.
* Fly to the coordinates and (hopefully) some of the cargo is live animals and/or slaves
* Scoop the cargo.
* ...
* Profit. (?)
