1. Yes we want evarchart's face gen, but...

2. ...they're currenlty only male faces, which I think is a problem, as we do have female NPCs, and he's not been heard from in years.

3. It's very difficult to "build from there", as only Evarchart draws in the style of Evarchart, and only nozmajner draws in the style of nozmajner, and they're not replaceable

4. rest assured: we're not the only ones with this problem, random face gen is the main domain that GANs are tested against, and GANs are very "hot". Thus, I'm sure there will be some cool third party face generation repo on github within a few years, thus: no need to break our backs over this unless someone passionately want's to work on it.

Ideally, we would have some more cartoonish style of faces.
