A launcher for Pioneer?

I was wondering if you (the pioneer devs) had considered using a launcher for updates. Something really simple, like a script that runs in the background every time pioneer starts and just pulls down the latest version (if it's newer then the one you have), unzips it and replaces your older version, would be fine. It would also be nice if it only downloaded the parts that have changed. It's kinda a pain to check the site every day and download about 200mb for a new version.

Yes, we have considered it, and it is a good idea. The current plan is to get Pioneer onto Desura. Its mostly a lack of time and interest that's stopping it happening.
