Request: a peaceful anarchy as a "government type"

While translating the strings, I noticed that we lack a peaceful anarchic social organization. We only have "disorders" as a form of violent refusal of a central government.

What I mean is something like "Anarchy - Many federated self-maganed communities without a centalized government. Decisions are made by consensus."
Like what was theorized (and sometimes practiced) by many anarchic thinkers (Pierre Joseph Proudhon, Piotr Kropotkin, Errico Malatesta, Colin Ward, to name a few): anarchy as the purest and most complex form of social order.
...Or, in science fiction, something that's quite like the "Culture" in Iain M. Banks' novels.

What do you think? Can I have my utopia, at least in a game? ;)

I can certainly throw a string in there if you like. Politics and such will be redone someday which might make it useless, but we've been threatening that for a couple of years so it should get a good amount of time in game before its removed ;)

Curiously Tomm never put the type of government you're proposing in the game, even though that's his preferred model of (non-)government.

We need to find a home for our space anarchists :)

OT: But... what about the police? There shouldn't be a police like the one you find in other political systems. Or, at least, it should have a different approach to people who are dangerous to the others. Maybe things like this will be possible after the politics and factions rewrite? At the moment, having this as a simple "label" is enough for me.
