I played this game and I am really impressed by it. The only thing I miss is a manual or tutorial in which one can learn the basics of flight, navigation, combat...
Are there any plans to develop one?

There's also a tutorial, but it's quite undercooked right now. Feel free to expand.

Yes. I have plans for an in-game start-up tutorial, that takes the player through most FAQ situations. At the moment, the UI is not where it needs to be for me to implement it though, so that needs to be done first.
