Any roadmap?

Actually, there's two questions:
1. Can we have some kind of roadmap or(and) just list of features which are "under development at the time"?
2. Can we have list of new features implemented? A mean I started to play pioneer not so long ago, and I just don't know about new features and where to look for them.
