Mac builds unavailable

Post by robn »

The Mac build machine here at the office has been updated to OS X 10.9, which there isn't yet a working MacPorts for. Because of that I don't have a working compiler and so there won't be any new Mac builds until this fixed. Sorry!

Update: MacPorts is now available for 10.9, but I don't yet have a working XCode to rebuild everything! When the owner of this machine gets back to work I'll ask him to install it (can't do it with the GUI) and then we'll see how we go. If everything rebuilds sanely (there's still a pile of broken in MacPorts) then we should be good!

New Mac build is up! Only trouble is I have no idea a) if it works at all or b) if it works on OS X < 10.9. So if you're a Mac person I'd really appreciate you testing. Cheers!

Sadly I got a crash:
dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: ___sincos_stret
Referenced from: /Applications/pioneer-20131103-osx/libs/libassimp.3.dylib
Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib

dyld: Symbol not found: ___sincos_stret
Referenced from: /Applications/pioneer-20131103-osx/libs/libassimp.3.dylib
Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib

/Applications/pioneer-20131103-osx/pioneer: line 11: 277 Trace/BPT trap: 5 ./pioneer.osx $1 $2 $3
logout

[Process completed]
Which might mean that my assimp library is out of date.
I'll try to update and check again later.

Oh I should also add that it did startup, begin loading, got the progress bar etc before that happened.
