Since you mentioned lack of tutorial on the issue tracker, you could document player actions and thngs that would need tutorial description, and then write that using as few words as possible for each snippet. (I've done this myself to the things I want to document, but I probably missed stuff that is confusing the first 1h in the game for a new player)

E.g.
- "Find adverts looking for jobs on the BBS, but failing to meet deadline might impact reputation negatively"
- "commodity market for trading and buying fuel"
- "add a hyperspace target after selecting it to jump to it (if cleared of atmosphere and planet".
etc.
