New criminal offences

Suggest new criminal offenses here!

[ ] - Speeding. Maximum speed enforced near built areas or inside/near space stations.

[ ] - Unlawful use of ECM. It's a weapons system after all. An ECM for ship defense generates a strong electromagnetic pulse and can cause damage to electrical systems nearby on the ground.

[ ] - Illegal modifications of space ship. The ship could have secret compartments or cloaking devices that can decrease the chance of detecting contraband when scanned.

I think you could also fill up the form of legal offenses in the police station with stuff that isn't implemented in the code but more is a hint to what kind of place this station/system is. No drinking of alcohol! No loose dogs! No beards! No animals from other systems, only selected species after strict quarantine.

I would love a speed limit around stations. And they could announce it when you enter their frame/jurisdiction. And if you are speeding there could be a warning first before getting a ticket.
Also. the speed display could turn red to indicate speeding. Maybe there could even be a limit display on the hud, like on google maps/waze.
What speed limit you are having in mind? I think somewherenaround 250m/s coupd be about right outside, and 50 inside orbitals/close to ground stations.

My personal record inside an orbital station is ~MACH 2.5. I think I should have gotten a warning for that.

Takeoff without clearance fines might be limiting, because some ships require crew, so then there should be some guarantee that you can hire them everywhere. In Frontier Inhad to sit years on the pad to collect enough crew for the Panther Clipper for example.
