Hi! I think it sounds good in isolation, but in-game it feels muffled and distant, but not in a way the hull would muffle it. Thank you for your kind words! The function to set anything as the reference frame is already available. Ctrl+LMB will do exactly that. You can also set it to ships even, and for that, the Follow Position mode of the flight selector right to the reticule will also work. But that's not available for ...

Yeah, that's the idea. Don't know the ETA though, but the new equipment system should be able to support it I think. At least the reinforcement equipment part. The override is another matter.

We have something different in our mind (hull upgrade, so the ships can handle acceleration better), because for most ships thrust isn't the bottleneck. There's an acceleration limit on all ships, to avoid say a 1g - 16g acceleration range depending on how much cargo and fuel you have on the given s...

The ability to pan the sector map would be a welcome change.

Not sure if everything could be put onto joystick, but that would be useful too. On the other hand, the mouse and keyboard controls shouldn't be dumbed down in order to do that in my opinion. The bane of a lot of console ports.

These days it seems like they want to automate the interesting parts of at least art, but neglect the actually boring, repetitive and ucreative parts.

The more I look at these face and human generators, the more dead the output seem.
And the more I think about genAI, the more I come to the opinion that I'd avoid having any such thing in Pioneer.
