Don't know if is interesting for us, but there's a new MIT licenced physics engine that seems to excite people a lot, called Box3D
Might be an overkill, but to my naive eyes it looks rather capable.

Re: Station Downtime
I think this would be a good thing to have, it can provide meaningful gameplay and points of decisions. But there should be either a slider, or a toggle for this in the options, since this is dealing with player time in a very direct manner. My guess is that if it is nicely balanced, then a checkmar...

Re: Feedback from a new player in 2026
The trust issue is already solved by having an acceleration cap for each ship and direction. Partially due to structural limits, partially due to human tolerances. Sure, you can overload your ship a bit, but most of them are set up in a way that you can still produce 1.5 gee-ish up acceleration. And...

The equipment issues are due to the whole thing being in a transitional state, and the aim is that you can use the cabin space for additional purp...

Re: Feature request - Center camera on own ship in sector map
You mean the orbital/system map, right? I agree, it would be useful to have a center button there.
The sector map already has this functionality (C)
